(2) A second game that follows a previous one.Double-Barreled Shotgun:High-Low Draw with four rounds of betting after the draw as each card is turned face-up. This is also called Texas Special or Texas Tech.Double-End Straight:See Bobtail Flush.Double-Pop:When you raise a bettor and double the bet so that the next player must call two bets.Doubling Up:(1) To bet twice as much as the previous bet. (2) To double the chip stack in one pot, usually in No-Limit and Pot-Limit.Down and Dirty:The final hole card dealt in Seven-Card Stud.Down Cards:Cards dealt face-down.Down the Chute:To sustain a heavy loss.Down the River:Seven-Card Stud.Down to the Felt:To be out of money or totally broke.Doyle Brunson:(1) Ace-queen (AQ). (2) Ten-two (T2). Drag (Snatch):Money separated from a pot to signify the amount owed by a player. This is also known as light.Draw Dead:To try to make a hand that, even if made, will not win the pot. If you are drawing to make a flush and your opponent already has a full house, you are “drawing dead”.Draw Out:To make the winning hand with the last card or with draw cards.Draw Poker:One of the two basic forms of poker (the other is Stud).
