A nine-time winner of the World Series of Poker, Phil Hellmuth Jr was the youngest World Champion of Poker at only 24-years-old. Born in Madison, Wisconsin, Phil attended college at the University of Wisconsin for three years. After that, he dropped out to play poker full-time.
