Leo MargetsThe last woman standing at the WSOP main event has been. Leo Margets of Barcelona, Spain, was eliminated in 27th place on Wednesday when her ace-seven didn't improve against an opponent's ace-10. She won $352,832.


About 3% of the tournament's 6,494 players were women. Margets, a part-time poker player, started Wednesday with the second shortest chip stack among those left in the tournament.


The best finish for a woman in the no-limit Texas Hold 'em Main Event was Annie Duke’s, who finished 10th in 2000.
